Terms and Conditions – Qurotix LMS

Welcome to Qurotix LMS, an interactive
digital learning platform owned and operated by Qurotix Technologies LLP
(“Qurotix”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The platform is designed to
provide structured education and hands-on learning in electronics, robotics,
IoT, and programming through digital courses and the Qurotix learning
ecosystem.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your
access to and use of the Qurotix LMS, website, mobile application, and related
services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
By registering, accessing, or using the Platform,
you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Users must be at least 10 years of age
to independently access and use the Platform.
1.2 Users below 10 years must access the Platform only under parental or
guardian supervision and consent.
1.3 Institutions, schools, or organizations registering on behalf of students
confirm that appropriate parental permissions have been obtained where
required.
2. User Account and Access
2.1 Access to the LMS requires account
registration with accurate and complete information.
2.2 Each account is personal, non-transferable, and intended for a single
user only.
2.3 Sharing login credentials or allowing multiple users to access one account
is strictly prohibited.
2.4 Users are responsible for safeguarding passwords and all activities
occurring under their account.
2.5 The Company reserves the right to suspend or disable accounts suspected of
misuse or unauthorized access.
3. Use of Digital Content
3.1 The Platform provides access to:
- Video
tutorials - Text
lessons - Interactive
courses - Assignments
- Downloadable
materials - Project
guides and assessments
3.2 All content is provided solely for personal
educational and non-commercial use.
3.3 Users shall not:
- Copy,
reproduce, distribute, or resell content - Share
course materials publicly - Upload
content to third-party platforms - Reverse
engineer or misuse proprietary resources
3.4 Any unauthorized usage may result in immediate
termination and legal action.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 All intellectual property including:
- Courses
- Designs
- Curriculum
- Logos
- Software
- Text
- Videos
- Graphics
- Learning
materials
are the exclusive property of Qurotix Technologies
LLP.
4.2 No ownership rights are transferred to users.
4.3 Unauthorized use constitutes infringement under applicable Indian copyright
and intellectual property laws.
5. Payment, Fees, and Refunds
5.1 Certain courses or services may require:
- One-time
payments - Subscription
fees - Institutional
licenses
5.2 Fees once paid are generally non-refundable,
except under conditions stated below.
5.3 Refunds may be considered only if:
- A
technical issue prevents access - The
issue remains unresolved for more than 7 working days after written
reporting
5.4 No refunds shall be granted for:
- Completed
courses - Partially
completed courses - Change
of mind - Lack
of usage
5.5 All applicable taxes (including GST) shall be
charged as per law.
6. Code of Conduct
Users agree to use the Platform responsibly and
ethically. Users shall not:
- Upload
harmful or illegal content - Post
offensive or abusive messages - Engage
in harassment or bullying - Attempt
hacking, data scraping, or unauthorized access - Disrupt
system operations - Impersonate
others
Violation may result in suspension or permanent
termination.
7. Hardware & Kit Disclaimer
7.1 The LMS provides digital learning content
only.
7.2 Physical kits, electronic components, tools, batteries, or hardware are not
included with course purchases unless explicitly stated.
7.3 Users must procure required hardware independently.
7.4 The Company shall not be responsible for:
- Hardware
compatibility issues - Component
quality - Damages
arising from third-party equipment usage
8. Support and Training
8.1 Support may be provided via:
- Email
- WhatsApp
- Scheduled
virtual sessions
8.2 Support availability may be limited to
business hours (IST).
8.3 The Company may update or modify course materials, software features, or
platform functionality to improve learning outcomes without prior notice.
9. Termination or Suspension of Access
9.1 The Company reserves the right to suspend or
terminate user access without prior notice in case of:
- Terms
violation - Fraudulent
activity - Payment
default - System
misuse
9.2 No refund shall be provided upon termination
due to policy violations.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 User data shall be collected and processed in
accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
10.2 Information may be used for:
- Account
management - Communication
- Service
improvement - Analytics
10.3 The Company shall implement reasonable
security measures to protect user data.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 The Platform and content are provided on an “as
is” and “as available” basis.
11.2 The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qurotix shall not be liable for:
- Indirect
or incidental damages - Loss
of data - Loss
of profits - Service
interruptions
arising from the use of the Platform.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the
Company against claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of the Platform
or breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of
India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located
in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
14. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify
these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
